People have claimed to have lost fat and inches after following this diet for few weeks. This diet tries to create equilibrium in our body by maintaining the insulin levels at a moderate level. This helps us retain our energy with lesser calories. While on this diet, you must follow the zone diet plan. It is also important to include the right food items in every meal. You must take 4 to 6 small meals in a day.  Choose healthier food options like brown bread instead of white bread. In addition to the zone diet plan, regular exercise is also essential to keep our body and mind active.
